We actually responded to you immediately/on the same day/within an hour of when you emailed us to tell us about your device [YOUR EMAIL 8/27/2026 11:55AM... WE RESPONDED AT 8/27/2026 12:46 PM], and sent the replacement out the same day [MAIL CARRIER in possession of item August 27, 2026 6:52 PM]. We also emailed you the tracking number that shows we mailed it on that same day. We sincerely apologized for the broken device AND sent a replacement the same day.
You contacted us on August 27th... today is August 31st. This review is very odd considering we did everything besides send an Amazon drone to deliver the package from the air to your front lawn. 🤔
